With the imminent approval of Ticket In Ticket Out, will it reduce staff numbers? Do we want it to?
Do we really think that this new technology will be trouble free? Lets face it, all technology has teething problems.
Answer: We certainly will need to keep the staff we have on hand to attend to these problems and assist patrons who are not sure how to use TITO.
But what about our patrons? Do they want a totally cashless environment with no staff to assist them?
Answer: Ask them. Remember who generates the money coming into your Club. Many patrons visit Clubs for company and a chat, and many prefer personal contact rather than anything new and advanced you can show them. Often people don't trust technology and a piece of paper may mean nothing to them.
REMEBER: IT'S ALL ABOUT THEM!!!
